Car Rider Information

At South Harrison, we are very concerned about safety. To this end, we have created traffic flows for morning drop off and afternoon pick up that serve to keep everyone safe while expediting the overall process.

Traffic on Country Club Road gets pretty heavy in the mornings and afternoons. Please plan accordingly and be patient with one another.

Morning Drop Off

Drop off begins at 7:40 AM.

Please enter the parking lot by the first entrance off of Country Club Rd and follow the route indicated by the red arrows on the map.

Please remain in a single-file line.

Students will exit the vehicle and enter via the gym doors.

Please wait until school personnel direct you to pull away. Please be patient and stay in line - do not pass anyone.

Exit the parking lot via Ashton Drive.

Afternoon Pick Up

We release car riders at the following times:
- 2:55 PM on Mon-Thu
- 2:10 on Fridays

Please enter the parking lot via the first entrance off of Country Club Rd and follow the route indicated by the red arrows on the map.

Please remain in a single-file line until you make the left turn to pull up alongside the school. Form four lines. The two inner lines must exit via Ashton Dr. The outer two lines will turn left, drive past the bus compound, and exit onto Country Club Rd.

To keep traffic flowing, school personnel will direct students to the vehicles in the front of the lines and then dismiss these vehicles - allowing others to pull forward.

Please wait until school personnel direct you to pull away.

Please remain in your line - do not pass other vehicles.
