🎶CCHS Choir
Corydon Central's After School Choirs for grades 7 - 12 begin today and tomorrow. The junior high and high school choirs will meet in Room 231 (the original choir classroom) from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. We welcome new members to join us this year. We work around athletic, band, theatre, and other schedules. You may join us to sing when you are available to sing.. We will practice on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 3:30-5:30. Go to Google Classroom Corydon Central Singers (access code jcaitwd) for more information. You may email Mr. Pope, the director, at popeg@shcsc.k12.in.us.

If you sign out and plan to return to school you should have a note to return from doctor, dentist, or other excused appointments. You cannot sign out to go eat or home and return to school, we are a Closed Campus.

Super happy to see so many smiling faces back in the building today at CCHS. A few announcements:
1. Underclassmen/staff yearbook pictures will be taken on Tuesday, August 19th.
2. Yearbooks will be delivered to CCHS on August 25th and it will take a couple days to get them sorted before handing them out or them being able to be picked up.
3. Picture retakes will be Wednesday, September 24th.

Please join us at 5:30 for a short (optional) freshman and new student orientation tonight at 5:30 in the auditorium before Open House!
CCHS Open House will be August 6th from 6:00 - 8:00. Senior pictures will be August 6th in the main gym in the balcony upstairs behind the bleachers from 10:00 - 2:00 and 5:00 - 8:00.

☀️South Central JUNE 23 meal distribution CHANGE☀️
South Central Elementary will postpone meal pickups from Monday, June 23 to TUESDAY, JUNE 24 due to construction. Pickup time will be from 10:30am-12:30pm at Door #3.
Corydon Intermediate meal pickup will remain on Monday, June 23 from 10:30am-12:30pm.
Meals may only be picked up at one location per week. First come, first served.

Over the weekend South Harrison celebrated the top 20% of the graduating class at the Academic Excellence Banquet! 2003 Corydon Central graduate, Quinton Combs, joined us to talk to students about the importance of persevering through all of life’s ups and downs to get to where you want to be in life!
